Absolutely horrible service. Have had them for a few years for an auto loan. Started to reach out to them over a week in advance for selling the car. They told me cash, certified cashiers check are good to go. Anything else it sits until it clears…..makes sense. Zero issue. Gentleman has a cashiers check from the credit union in the same town. Mixed feelings with DuTrac. They do usually offer the best rates. Lately on two auto loans they have had two screw-ups, amounting to additional charges of $2,000 (unauthorized and unwarranted charges). Still trying to get those charges reversed, and I also think any interest accrued due to those erroneous charges should also be refunded. Customer service reps have been nice but so far, no results. Losing my patience. Change my mind, DuTrac, before I take my business elsewhere.
