Mixed feelings with DuTrac. They do usually offer the best rates. Lately on two auto loans they have had two screw-ups, amounting to additional charges of $2,000 (unauthorized and unwarranted charges). Still trying to get those charges reversed, and I also think any interest accrued due to those erroneous charges should also be refunded. Customer service reps have been nice but so far, no results. Losing my patience. Change my mind, DuTrac, before I take my business elsewhere.
I was being charged by a company monthly. I cancelled the service. They charged me again. I called & cancelled AGAIN.! I called again and got a uncooperative response. Then I contacted Dutrac & explained the issue. They said they needed to have a meeting to decide what to do with MY MONEY IN MY ACCOUNT!. So, I closed my account.
