Absolutely horrible service. Have had them for a few years for an auto loan. Started to reach out to them over a week in advance for selling the car. They told me cash, certified cashiers check are good to go. Anything else it sits until it clears…..makes sense. Zero issue. Gentleman has a cashiers check from the credit union in the same town.
