Policies of this business are for their benefit only, never the customer. The majority of the personal consider helping the customer is a chore. I would never get a mortgage there, ever!
Went to go get a auto loan through this company and got approved for the amount needed, a day later I got a call saying they needed more info and everything was sent in, couple weeks pass and I get another call saying financing fell through, heard from a lot of people that this is a common thing for this company to do, time to shut the doors for good
