Went to go get a auto loan through this company and got approved for the amount needed, a day later I got a call saying they needed more info and everything was sent in, couple weeks pass and I get another call saying financing fell through, heard from a lot of people that this is a common thing for this company to do, time to shut the doors for good
This is not a local branch issue. Their credit card issuance and customer service is terrible. In order to fix an issue you must call an OFFSHORE SERVICE CENTER. English is clearly not their native language, and the connection is very noisy. I will conduct no further business with them. I do not recommend this institution.
I have never had a bad experience with DuTrac. I have been a customer of over ten years and have had nothing but efficient and a very helpful experience, especially after my husband passed. I would use no other bank.
If I could leave 0 stars I would.
