The mobile branch in Platteville is very convenient and the people are very helpful. Have had nothing but great experiences.

They should have more than 1 bank teller on a Friday morning when there are 3 cars waiting . Overall I do like this bank tho so I can't complain too much.
I’ll say this. I have never banked at DuTrac and I honestly will never. Even if you’re not working, if you have a DuTrac name tag on- youre still representing that company. Shaina from DuTrac. You were super rude. Train your employees to uphold a professional manner regardless if they are on the clock or not. Ridiculous and disappointing.
