Everytime I have an injury I go to Stephen, PT. He is a great guy and PT. VERY attentive and compassionate. The other workers are also very helpful and right on time when you need them. I would not go anywhere else.
If I could give a negative number, they would be -10 for sure! I had a horrible experience with Stephan even though he was good with my daughter. Less than 5 days post op on my knee replacement, his staff was too busy talking and looking at their phones to help me off evaluation table. I tried to reach for my walker when I started slipping off the table but it was too far down and I landed on the top of the Walker with my surgical knee at the spot where the tendon is severed and nerves. High marks across the board. Everyone was highly prepared to treat my case. Stephen Jackson, the physical therapist who I worked with, was excellent.
This place is great. Stephen and his team are very professional and knowledgeable and they take care of you.
