After passing by this shop several times, I decided to stop in today. Gorgeous items for the home, beautiful jewelry, lovely candles, etc. However, the customer service is non-existent. I was not greeted upon entering and was never asked if I needed assistance. Because I work as a designer for a high-end furniture retailer, I am most sensitive to these two must dos with my customers. Disappointed after spending on five different light fixtures for our new house that they would not give even store credit for the return of one unopened fixture outside of their customer-unfriendly store policy.
Just wandered in and found the most beautiful furniture store in my neighborhood. I struck up a conversation with one of the store designers who has gone on to help me far beyond my initial in-person visit. I’m grateful to have discovered a store close by that I can actually go in and see the quality of what I am buying and know there are nice responsive people who provide a great assortment of goods, design and customer service.
Just came in to see the products the store has to offer. Even though the price is pretty high, the furnitures and jewelries look beautiful and lovely. However, when I came in there was no greeting from the ladies. 5 minutes later, a couple came in and they instantly greeted them. After roaming for a while the couple left and the ladies also bid them a very nice goodbye, while as when I left they said nothing as if I was just a nobody.
