If I could give Ms. Yolanda Rios 10 stars I would. I came to Rochester Elder Law after my dad passed away and my mom had a terrible accident. I am very grateful for all the guidance I was given as I was preparing my documents. Mr. Zatkowski reassured me that I do not need a will. He helped me prepare my power of attorney document and health care proxy. He helped me get my assets in order as transfer on death documents. He is very knowledgeable and approachable. I met Miles Zatkowsky, Esq. through a presentation at Lifespan and contacted him to do a Will, Power of Attorney and Healthy Proxy. He took the time to explain all the legal terms and collected detail from me for the documents. They are now finalized. Even though I don't have a lot of money, there may be some left when I die; plus their will be the contents of my apartment.
