Its been less than a year and I really didn’t want to leave a negative review, but at this point I feel like I need to be honest about my experience. We spent thousands of dollars expecting high-quality, long-lasting furniture, and it’s been issue after issue. When the chairs were first delivered, they came with multiple defects — scuffs and damage right out of the box. I tried to place my order online, but had many questions. I called the number given and spoke with Ryan, who was incredibly helpful, placed the order for me and was very pleasant and patient throughout the call. I am very much looking forward to getting my furniture.
We bought a new dining room table here. Billy was very helpful as we made decisions about type of wood, stain, etc. We selected white glove delivery, which included having the delivery company set it up for us. All was very good except that they somehow missed shipping the table extensions we ordered. So we contacted Christina at Dutchcrafters and they were able to ship the extensions to us in time for Easter, which was great!
Great service from Jeff and very easy to work with! We came in and got an AMAZING deal on a king bed frame. Thank you Jeff!
