I had an excellent experience working with Diane at Dutchcrafters. I am very meticulous and detailed and she was very patient, kind and professional answering all my concerns and questions. I had several phone conversations with her prior to rdering and she never made me feel like I was being "a pain". She was very personable and made me feel like we had known each other.
My husband and I were looking for a dining room set. Paul Bradaick helped us tremendously in understanding what we were buying and all the available options they had. We didn’t complete the sale the first day we went to the store and knew that Paul was not going to be working the next day, which was the last day of sales. However, Paul graciously offered to be at the store on his day off just to help us complete the sale.
