Horrific customer service. Order 366528. 10 days after ordering I request shipping status - “It’s custom and with take 4 months”. It’s too big so I request reduction in dimensions - “We’ll have to check with our supplier”. One week later still no answer so I request to cancel - a week later - “Sorry our policy is cancel only within 72 hours.” So I’m stuck with an order for a 22” end table that’s I’ve found too large for my cabin. The furniture specialist, Paul, was extremely helpful and informative. On a previous occasion we have purchased items and he helped us then as well. We keep coming back for several reasons; the quality of the products, that they are made in the USA, their uniqueness, and the knowledgable and wonderful specialists. We will be back and hopefully will be helped again by Paul. I highly recommend this store!
I sent an inquiry for a new console over the 4th of July weekend. I didn’t expect a response until Monday but shortly after sending I received a response from Billy. Billy was very helpful and walked me through the process answering all my questions as they came up. Superb customer service. I highly recommend.
