The book case we purchased in 2020 is so beautiful and well built it's still a joy to look at and use every day. We were pretty hard on the cabinet door and the magnet mechanism broke. Dutch Crafters sent a replacement out at no charge and I just popped it on there and it's like new! Great experience. Great customer service.

Purchased Amish Made Trinity Mission Comfy Bustle Back Recliner Chair. The staff, Stacey Elkins in particular, is very responsive and progessional with shopping and ordering. I am so encouraged by her responsiveness that I anticipate that the rest of the process will be just as impressive. ‘Have not received my order yet as it will take ~4? months to manufacture and deliver. In the meantime I was sent wood/finish, leather and fabric samples. I anticipate what is delivered is on par with Stickley furniture.
