Shady ATM. It's not actually owned by the bank, but is labeled as if it is. It occasionally doesn't dispense the cash and the bank is not responsible for it. People in the bank are very friendly at explaining that it's not actually their ATM.
I have been dealing with the Middletown branch for over 30 years i find everyone cheerful, hones upfront and always willing to help.
I just have to say how courteous and knowledgeable the staff here is. Jerry helped me open my account within minutes of sitting down at his desk and Brett helped me secure an auto loan with absolutely no issues. Walking through the door I am always greeted with positive attitudes, the entire team is absolutely lovely.
