I never leave reviews, if I could leave negative 600+ stars I would. This place deserves a 0 star rating. Definitely the worst "credit union" in America. I was struggling paying the same exact car payment for close to 11 years, finally brought my balance down to a little over $500 and this financial institution would not settle with me for less than 500. Terrible experience here the staff is not trained properly. Maria told me the wrong information several times they pulled my credit report twice. They made me go to the DMV and get my title and then the other lady and Wethersfield also gave me wrong information. They need better training I’m very disappointed. The only helpful person was on the phone named Jackson. He was helpful but it was too late. they already messed up so much never go here again just a warning.
