Last year i.was new here. New to Regina.No customer service for me from him, No help from him. He couldn't even direct me to a place where I can just get someone to cross check son's scooter I had just put together. I had told him it was only a scooter like bicycle break scooter and not electric. Got an absolute no can do. It was a push scooter with bicycle breaks and he claims he won't know what to do? Yeahhhh right! 1Star. 0 Star
I decided to try Duych Cycle after being left disappointed at a different shop. My season was cut short last year due to an issue. So I came to Dutch Cycle at the start of this riding season and Lawrence diagnosed and fixed my problem immediately, and he educated me plenty during the process. I also had a great time chatting and exchanging stories with him and the other employees during the fix, too. Dutch Cycle has my business from here on out - thanks for getting me rolling again!
Every once in a while I come across a business that just stands out. This is one of them. I decided that this year was the year that I would replace my bike. I have nothing but a rave review for Dutch Cycle as it’s been made very clear to me that customer service is at the core of this family owned business. This past month the owner and I were thrust into a relationship of trust when we both ended up on the receiving end of an e-transfer gone wrong. My money was gone and the owner did not receive it.
