Needed a rim they only had a used one which was completely fine they fixed me up with a new tube and tire on the spot. Awesome service, and great staff, thanks for fixing me up!
Took the time to listen. Sorted me out. What was good was the person didn’t know so called a staff member who did. Great place.
Had a desperate situation on my cross Canada ride: I needed a new back tire. Lawrence and Freddy were able to hook me up and Freddy found the rear contest was loose and one of the bolts holding the rear pannier rack was missing. I went for a bite to eat while they got the job done and I was back on the road in a couple of hours!
Colin and Doug provided me with the most outstanding service - can’t thank you both (& Dutch Cycle) enough for the legendary service and support!! 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙌🏻
