Purchased a Tern bike online and was thoroughly impressed with their delivery service to Sydney. I ended up having a small issue with the bike through no fault of Dutch Cargo, and Yoga went above and beyond to get me back on the road. A+++ service. Highly recommend :)

Appalling customer service from the '1 on 1 consultation' service. I booked two weeks in advance to test ride a very specific ebike (the Cannondale Compact Neo), as Dutch Cargo Bike seems to be the only distributor of this bike in Melbourne. When arriving at the store, I had to firstly correct the staff member which bike I was there to test ride - and then told that his colleague had ridden the Compact Neo home last night, and so it was not there for me to see or ride AT ALL. I've been renting an ebike for a few months now and would highly recommend Dutch Cargo Bike. Starting with good advice on what bike to select, the process to get a bike and get riding is really smooth.

We have just bought two I:SY e-bikes from Dutch Cargo Bike. As this is the only shop in Australia where this amazing brand of bike is available, we drove all the way from Sydney to buy them. (Even though they could have delivered them to us). The service from both near and far has been amazing. They easily catered for our requirements for bike extras. Thanks to the team for providing such excellent service.
