Shout out to Emmy for letting us borrow her Urban Arrow for what our kids have now deemed the best week ever. The process was super simple and the team at Dutch Cargo were a delight to deal with. The kids will be pestering us until we have one of our own no doubt!
Unfortunately not a good experience. Bike paid for 23/02. Courier delivery set for 25/02 with agreed delivery to my home. Dutch Cargo then organised delivery to a "nearby depot" around 45km from my home. After speaking to Yoda, this was apparently re organised to my home address. A week after they have my $12000, nobody (including their choice of courier) seems to know exactly where my bike is and despite 3 failed delivery deadlines I am unable to get a refund.
