Dustin Liptak and Family First Funding made the difficult home buying experience an easy one. Dustin was great throughout the entire process. His customer service was superb and he was very responsive to any questions or concerns. If I had any questions, Dustin would take the time to simplify and explain things to me to make sure I had a clear understanding. He seems to genuinely care about his clients. My wife and I used Dustin as our loan officer for buying our first home in NY. Dustin made a seemingly difficult process very easy. We contacted him prior to doing the pre-approval, just to make sure it was the right time, he told us all about how long it's good for and the time frame we should expect to have everything done from pre-approval to closing.
