I am coming back to note. *Anyone needing pre- or post-surgerical medical massage please get yourself onto Angela Zarek's schedule.* She has worked wonders for me following my ACDF surgery and helped me find the center of pain from the fascia tear so that I could start healing it with massage, and the breathing exercises that Angela prescribed to me.
