When they arrive the clean is ok, but they never do. And after weeks of chasing keys I feel I have no option other than report them stolen to the police and have over details Avoid
Worst cleaners ever!!! Took my property without my permission. Admitted to taking it then failed to return it and still hasn't after a month!! Only interested in getting money in and after 2 or 3 times quickly became the cleaner from hell. Never turned up when she said she would, only stayed for a fraction of the time booked. Reporting them to the police for theft whilst also bringing a court case against them in the county court.
