Unfortunately, Dury's lost my business. Best suggestion- only go in if you're a guy or with a guy. Otherwise you won't get any responses until you husband walks over to where your standing. Stood there for 15 minutes looking for an employee so I could see a Glock in the case. Made eye contact with several employees only to have them walk right up to several men that came to the counter. Amazing service , great owners and staff ! They can get you into your dream rifle / pistol at a great price with the best Warranty in South Texas ! I can go on and on about the awesome service they provide but until you experience it first hand you just won’t understand how great these people are when it comes to customer service . This place doesn’t get 5 stars they deserve 20 . Hands down best gun shop in San Antonio !

Outstanding service. Prices are a bit higher because they hire people who actually know something and stand behind what they sell with real sales staff, real gunsmiths, real warranties, and real service rather than minimum wage workers or people pulled from the fishing or clothing department. Truly one of the last of real gunshops.

I recently sold my Taurus .38 and a brand new Baretta tactical range bag, to Dury's, through the mail. I was promised $150 for both, Instead I received a check for $130. My emails to them go unanswered. Seller beware.
Years ago bought a smith & Wesson model 29. Excellent condition great price. Great staff to work with.
