Dury Oil is an exceptional company that goes above and beyond to service and take care of their customers! I was referred to talk with Kendra about switching our Propane business to her company Dury Oil about a year ago, and after talking with her we did go ahead and purchase two 500 gallon tanks and had them filled up. Drury Oil sent a thick envelope to me made out to "Storage" at my address, so I opened it wondering if someone was perpetrating a scam on me. When I looked at the mail it was someone's lease, so I called up Drury Oil Company explaining they sent it to the wrong address. The person I spoke with talked to me in a very clipped tone of voice. She admitted she put the address into the computer wrong, and then kept insisting it was my job to drive the mail back over to her. I think she could have used better manners.
