ABSOLUTE GARBAGE! We’ve had multiple issues with this company because they choose to hire the most rude, unprofessional, and nasty human beings to transport CHILDREN. DAWN and IRIS specifically, are both nasty and in general mean people who have put hands on us (and our neighbors who have gone through something similar), stated our children were annoying (who have autism!! particularly this time she had the audacity to ask if the child is on meds for it!!!), are very slow, and ultimately don’t CARE about our children. The drivers are average, nothing to write home about however the owner and management is clueless. Pick up & arrival times are never consistent, they've changed routes more than once with 0 communication and simply didn't show up for 2 days without sending a text message or even a phone call. Routes are setup to where if you live anywhere near Washington County area you're going to have 2+ kids to pickup/drop off and often find yourself waiting 2+ hours to get home. My sons bus driver called in sick and they didn’t set up a sub to get him back and forth to school. I called 3x no call back.

Since when do vehicles marked “ must stop at all railroad crossings “ and “ vehicle does not turn right on red “ actually turn right on red ? And while turning right on red, turns in front of a motorcycle and myself. I’ve tried since Tuesday to report this to the phone number associated with this company and no one has called me back. This is an ok company to work for as long as they need you . Which is normal for any company. What I especially did not like about this company was that they would change your run on a whim .
