what a joke! you can't talk to no one. i guess due to lack of interest. no customer service at all when i tried to get support. i would give it less than one if i could. don't buy from them.

I would have liked to say something Positive about this Company ,However as the Results of a Hardline ongoing Refund Policy dispute in which they remain resolute in Double Billing for a Item...words of a Positive Nature ,Fail to come to mind ,is this Really the New Standard of Business Ethics in America ? Just take monies from customers accounts ,then Argue at clear evidence that I should blame anyone but them when DURO only had to stop the Order at my timely Alert to them.Obfuscate if you will Duro ,I'll find remedies to th... read more
