I had to change my rating due to how I was treated by Natalie and one of the receptionist. Estate planning and probate are not the same thing. Fiduciary responsibility is not something this law firm takes seriously! They expect you to do all the legwork, keeps information form you like liens on property that isn’t there from you, and make appointments that you are unaware of then actually scolds you for not being there.
