I had to change my rating due to how I was treated by Natalie and one of the receptionist. Estate planning and probate are not the same thing. Fiduciary responsibility is not something this law firm takes seriously! They expect you to do all the legwork, keeps information form you like liens on property that isn’t there from you, and make appointments that you are unaware of then actually scolds you for not being there. Having to deal with a death in the family is one thing going through an estate filing with no will makes it even more complicated. Liz and her team were awesome to work with. They were a great help to me when my parents passed away and directed me every step of the way to get their estate taken care of. Liz was also great in helping my husband and I set up our own affairs and get everything that we needed in place. I can’t say enough good about the entire staff! They are very professional, knowledgeable, kind and quick to respond.
