I adore this complex. It is very nice for seniors age 62 and up. I'd like to see them lower the age to 60 so I wouldn't have so long to wait to move there. The apartments are just enough space for one or two people. Plenty of cabinet space in the kitchen. The apartment design is incredible. I wish they would build more of these in Durham, NC. I rate this apartment complex as excellent.
