So I went to drop my son off at school and out in front of West junior high on W. Salt Creek Dr. a few feet from the school entrance. There was a bus parked. At first, I thought maybe they were about to turn on their flashers and stop sign but that never happened. Today’s pickup experience was unacceptable. The bus arrived 15 minutes earlier than the scheduled time, then marked the stop as “attempted” and called me once. I never received the call, and with the volume of spam calls I get daily, a single call attempt is not a reliable contact method. When they showed back up at the scheduled time, staff acted as if I was the one causing the issue.
