2 weeks into school and still arriving over an hour past school being out? I don't understand why this bus company has such a problem getting to the schools on time.

My boys have been riding the bus to and from school for about 4-5 years now. I've had 2 incidents with them. The first one was about 2 years ago involving my step son, he was being bullied.. punched kicked and kids calling him names. The bus driver didn't do anything about it, now I understand he can't do a lot because he's driving and the situation was eventually handled. Not sure where to start. The bus aide for bus 670 seems to have a general dislike for children. Every time they are running late she grabs my son and roughly yanks him to his seat. The driver will pull off before My son is strapped in. They are out here bussing autistic children and it's scary. It's not our kids fault if they're running late yet they seem to pay for it.
