I believe every parent should be concerned about the safety of their children with this bus company. So last year they allowed my IEP student off the bus without a parent. After contacting them they'd said they would discuss with the driver so it wouldn't happen again. I made the mistake of leaving it at that. Very disorganized. Very poor communication
Bus did not pick up Kindergartener at her daycare. Instead she is to stand at a busy intersection. If the daycare did not provide an adult escort, she would be out of sight of any responsible adult until the bus comes (which all last week, it was at least 15 minutes late). She would also be expected to cross a busy parking lot on her own to and from the bus stop. I am very uncomfortable with this situation and there were no solutions given by Durham Bus Services. The absolute worst school bus company is existence. Year after year after year of absolute terrible unreliable service. This company is a joke. Everything from where is my child to where is the bus. It's ridiculous. Boise schools can do better and have done better. This company needs to GO!!!
