They are trying, and are constantly attempting to find better ways and solutions to best fit our community needs. If you have good ideas or would like to be a driver, give them a call, I’m told they are always hiring and looking for positive and constructive input. I can tell there are people in charge there who honestly care about our community and children getting to where they need to safely and efficiently. Most of them have children themselves that utilize public school transportation.
I've called dispatch and April is her name that answered. I've told her that the bus for lathrop high has passed multiple students and it was coming from the wrong direction. These students literally had to run down the bus but it kept going more than 5 speed limit in the neighborhood area. April the dispatcher didn't know how to respond,but literally was responding with an attitude and was telling the parent to wait but continued to speak with attitude and was saying that she knows this route and stays around the area.
