this is easily the most underwhelming, inconstant, underperforming transportation company i've delt with, Good thing they recieve public funds that are captured. If this where a company that depended on people wanting to use thier services, they would be out of buisness. POOR excuses every time.
I don't know who you have on the Glenn heading towards Sutton from Palmer at 5:45 in the morning but the last 2 mornings they have ridden my tail and then blown past me, almost hitting me both times. With slick roads, blowing snow, moose, and other cars on the road, it's not safe. Especially passing someone when you can't even see the passing lane. I only hope this person doesn't cause an accident with kids onboard. Do better.
Bus 49-Teeland Middle. Freguently late, tonight we are extremely disappointed no notification the bus arrived 32 minutes late PM route. Get rid of Durham bus service. Our families deserve so much better!
