We had such a beautiful experience in the salt cave. It was peaceful and all of us were able to relax so deeply. You can feel that the space has such great energy from the minute you walk in and the staff is helpful and sweet. Highly recommend!

I was gifted a session at the Durham Salt Cave, and I can't believe I slept on it for so long. For 45 blissful minutes, I didn't think about politics or parenting, job hunting or climate change...I was able to get so relaxed so quickly, and that's not typical.
