I highly recommend Carolyn for anyone dealing with plantar fasciitis or achilles tendinitis. She helped me finally overcome a very long and persistent bout of both conditions with expert treatment and guidance. What I also appreciated was that she provided exercises and stretches I can use whenever symptoms start to return. This helps me manage flare-ups, and I’m back to being active and pain-free!

I had not done physio in decades and after an old hockey injury couldn’t be ignored I had arthroscopic surgery on my knee. I did my research and landed here. The treatments were fantastic and as they were so in tune with my progress they knew I needed another month off as I healed a little slower. Four years later and I am doing great. Just recently, an old rugby injury popped back up in my shoulder.
