Absolute trash service. Never on time. The staff don’t care to help riders just trying to get by. They’ll give the complete wrong information bold faced without care. You’re better off walking or getting an Uber pass.

These people brake check in the rain!!! I have it on my dash cam. Go slow. Brake check. Slam on the gas. Who rides in these cars? Maybe since it's free it's ok to risk lives? Brake checking maniacs

I just watched a worker just push a gentleman through the doors of the harris teeter on mlk and walk away. He was sitting in the doorway asking for help. The police officer came and helped. If I could give 0 stars I would.

I have been a loyal rider of Durham’s transit system for over 40 years, long before this current terminal on Pettigrew even existed, back when we were still calling it DATA (Durham Area Transit Authority). I’ve seen this city through every kind of season, and historically, GoDurham has been the backbone of this community. I remember when the tire chains went on and the buses kept moving regardless of our "mediocre" NC winter weather. They always got people to work and back home.
