Gave this guy 5000 retainer fee for divorce years ago, never filed anything as I changed my mind and refused to refund or return any of my monies!!!
James charged me $350/hr and had the gumption to tell me to stop emailing his secretary with update requests. On top of that I had to fire James and use a different lawyer for my divorce bc he completely botched my custody agreement. He had me sign a document that granted my ex “parent of primary residence” after I explicitly instructed James I wanted to be the primary parent.
