DO NOT Deal with this company ! They are complete rip offs ! I ordered a red oak stair case and they sent me yellow pine ! And they now refused to answer my phone calls or make anything right with my builder . I do not like letting negative reviews , but after many failed attempts for anything to be made right , I feel the need to let others know so they don’t get ripped off like I did ! They never even sent all the handrails and they won’t make anything right !
Absolutely atrocious build on my stairs. These staircases are put together in a space that isn't climate controlled- simply Infrared heaters and fans in certain spots in a steel building for their guys working. Coming directly from one of their guys "when it's cold we're cold, when it's hot we're hot". Yes, that means the oak stair case that you paid thousands of dollars for will come into your house from an outdoor setting riddled with very high or very low moisture contents, then adversely expand/contract when it's acclima... read more
They make the best custom staircase for new houses going up old renovated houses or building looking for a nice staircase to match the building
