This is a horrible company to work with, their customer service is awful. I own a Disabled Veteran Owned Business and ordered 6 respirators for a fire department. They were not the proper respirators, after one of the boxes was opened, by the fire department, I tried to return all 6, but Durawear said due to Covid they could not return any of them. Amazing customer service, and products are just as described and do exactly what I need them too!
Please never use this seller. Updated. 7/22 -got replacement in bigger size with same manufacturer defect. The defect was never acknowledged or apologized for the first time. I was never acknowledged for the extra $100 I had to pay for the return shipping and finding another seller who sold the item cheaper. This was the worst tool/equipment purchase experience I've had in over 5 years. Used size chart provided and determined I was a medium. Received item and it was too small. Return shipping was almost 60 dollars. I found later that not only did Amazon had the same item for 5 dollars less but had free returns. I spent 100 dollars more than necessary and when I emailed 2 sperate people about my issue at the company did not recieve a response. So I am posting this review. Will update review to reflect item quality when replacement arries next week.
