This place is full of helpful, happy, hardworking staff that really care! They All seem to place personal tenderness in all that they do! Caring like one of the family! The staff almost have a family like harmony throughout their shift, wonderful communication!
My dad was a resident here for 3 years and it was the best place I could have asked for his care.
When my grandfather AND great grandfather stayed here they had an AWFUL experience. My great grandfather was left on the toilet for over 45 minutes using the emergency pull near by & no one answered. They left him in his chair for several hours without anyone checking him or helping him use the restroom so therefore he wet himself and felt beyond embarrassed. RecommendedWe are loving caring family!! We are not prefect!! We do have Resident Support Team to give family members one to one to take of issues immediately
The nursing staff is superior. All staff is warm, caring, and professional. Mom never wanted to go into a nursing home. She came here for end of life care. She was content to be here because of the incredible workers. Thank you all!
