Receptionist was very nice the doctor for the skin clinic was terrible very rude, he just wants to cut things out. I got a second opinion and it never needed to be cut out what mistake that would have been get that cut out on my face and have a big scar for the rest of my life

Horrific customer experience due to a very rude receptionist - good luck to anyone trying to make a booking.
I decided to try out this practice after I finally had enough of my normal skin cancer place on Showground Rd. It was a breath of fresh air to call and have an appointment for the next day, & then actually be treated on time. What's more - they bulk billed for what is an essential service in Australia, whereas my old skin care provider charged way above and beyond the Medicare benefit. To be honest, the best doctor ever! So caring and nice. Always doing all the best he can for you and he explains everything. He listens carefully to all you explain and there is no rush. Always on time about appointments. His team at the frontdesk are great too. They’re very nice people and reliable. He is also very good with children, patient and sweet.
