I've been trying to contact them for the last 4 or 5 days. I have tried email, messenger, fb, chat on their page, support on their page, tried posting a review with photos (which they didn't post) all to no response. They have their fb page set up so that you can't post photos other than in comments. This flag has been flying for about 4 months. I take it down for storms and heavy wind. The material is shredding but the seams are holding.
