My experience with Dr Katherine was extremely disappointing. After my consultation, she prescribed a medication. When I went to the pharmacy, the exact brand was not in stock. The pharmacist suggested an equivalent alternative that was available and simply asked me to confirm with the doctor that it would be acceptable. I emailed Dr Katherine to ask if she could approve the alternative brand. She did not reply. I felt very happy with Katherine her customer service was 5 stars! Very kind professional, informative and helpful my experience was second to none. Will be referring to family and friends.
After finding I still couldn't function properly after struggling with severe anxiety and stress for close to ten years, I was tired of traditional doctors and thought to give Katherine a try. I called Katherine to complain about a misunderstanding, to my surprise I was accused of being rude, abusive, harassing her and that I’m screaming at her. I was just talking calmly and trying to explain my point of view as well as trying to resolve the issue. Im only 18 years old, just trying to voice my concerns and I was made to feel like a monster.
