I called Katherine to complain about a misunderstanding, to my surprise I was accused of being rude, abusive, harassing her and that I’m screaming at her. I was just talking calmly and trying to explain my point of view as well as trying to resolve the issue. Im only 18 years old, just trying to voice my concerns and I was made to feel like a monster.
