My Tech Jay was professional, polite and friendly. He walked me through the entire process and explained everything he needed to do. He also showed me what I should to be aware of and watch for. He paitently explained how the tank system worked while preforming the service. I couldn't ask for a more knowledge or experienced person. He made me feel confident in my choice of choosing Depure. A+ Employee. Thank you Jay!

Johnny was very knowledgeable and did an excellent job explaining everything to us. He was very approachable, friendly, and easy to communicate with. He made sure we understood everything and patiently answered all our questions. The team that installed the Dupure system was also great! They were professional, efficient, and easy to work with. Everyone was helpful, accommodating, and pleasant throughout the entire process. We truly appreciate their excellent customer service and the way they made everything smooth and hassle... read more
