If I could leave less than 1 star believe me I would! We have had this company out in 2019 to service our unit and were pleased. This time the tech got out of his van, looked at the unit and said we don’t service this unit anymore. I have no idea how to do it. Called his supervisor and told him the same thing. My techs were outstanding; efficient, expert, and very thoughtful of our needs. There were absolutely no problems nor are there any complaints. A great job by an outstanding pair of technicians. I am a happy camper.
