Been a member since 1995. I took my son in to open him a savings account. I arrived at 5:15pm. The front desk lady came up to me and said that I needed to make an appt. because both of the ladies were busy. There was one customer waiting. While she was telling me that I needed to make an appt. another customer was leaving. She said they close at 5:30 and had to be out the building by 5:45pm for maintenance. Went to put money in, lady said something went wrong it was going to give me my money back and I’m $80 short. Never doing business there again
Wouldn’t let me deposit a check , said it needed manager approval that happened to just be in a meeting , wouldn’t elaborate why it needed a manager or explain why there is a restriction on my account , only suggestion they had is I could try another branch as they were closing three’s like any other branch open past 5:30. Never had these issues at other branches , guess I gotta drive a town over just to avoid this one
If you wish for a real outer body bank experience, try this location it's like George Jenson experience. Just weird, I prefer a human to human check-in over virtual experience, but whatever might prefer.
Stephanie Crespo, the senior member advisor helped me with re-financing my auto loan! She was very friendly, easy to get in contact with, and professional! I recommend anyone who needs to speak with a member advisor to talk to her! Thank you so much for everything!
