Instead of making the 20-minute drive I called to ask if I could get starter checks the same day, I was told absolutely yes there was no confusion I told them my situation. 2 days later I make the trip down there, I was then told no they don't do that not only was I told that the woman was kind of rude. So that's a 40-minute drive total for nothing, just to deal with a semi rude employee. Yeah that was a waste of almost an hour.

Rude and unprofessional
Seriously disappointed with DuPont today. I have 4 accounts, a home equity line, and 20 years of banking history with them. I was a raving fan, but not after today. My 17 year old son had a savings account with them for 12 years and we decided it was time to open a checking account for him as he turns 18 next month and needs an account for direct deposit for his new job.
