I’ve been a member of this institution for years and have always been happy with them. We recently went through the process of getting a HELOC with them. They gave us a great rate, covered our closing costs and were able to provide us what we were looking for. The process took a little longer than maybe other places but we were ok with that considering it didn’t cost us money in the end. The process was smooth. Poor customer service and communication.
Jerry is a real jerk. He has zero professional acumen, talked over me 100% of the time and is someone I would NEVER do business with. I would highly recommend looking elsewhere because that guy will just make it a bad experience. No wonder they have a 3.8 review score.
