5 stars for Sara! She helped me through getting a loan. She was SO sweet and such a joy to be around even with the short times of meeting with her. The process was quick and went smoothly. She communicated very well with us and in a timely manner. I definitely recommend seeing her if you’re looking for someone to work with at a credit union ☺️
They gave me an auto loan on a classic car, which most places wouldn't And Latoya was very helpful with processing all my information. Appreciate it. I think the whole process took about three days.Which really worked out for me.Thanks
Manager raised her voice in her frustration and staff; not sure how to address issue. . ATM machine blocked for long minutes by customers who use the window service. Slow.$3 fee for members of same Union!!!! Second occurrence: ATM jammed deposit and check.It took a month to get partial refund.
Absolute garbage place to do business with! The people who work at this place aren’t qualified to pick up dog crap
