The customer service sucks don't try calling them you'll be on hold for well over 30 min and more than likely gonna talk with someone over seas
I spoke with someone 10 days ago. I asked if I could do payroll deposit into my savings as to my knowledge I had an active savings still. I told them at that time I would then come in and open a new checking account. The women I spoke with said this would be fine. Fast forward to today. I tried to make sure my paycheck posted to only be told they closed my savings October 24th for inactivity. No letter was sent. I swear on that. But she didn't even mention this 10 days ago either.
