Came to this branch after a very off putting experience at the 1st Ave branch. Instantly, the customer service was amazing, the banking agent I met with went above and beyond on everything, and I even ended up opening a persobal checking account on top of my already exisiting loan solely due to the customer service provided by this agent. Definitely think the other locations could learn a lot from this branch!
Dupaco is absolutely the worst bank in Eastern Iowa! In the past few months, they've locked my cards TWICE while I was trying to make purchases. Ironically, the one time I DID have an unauthorized charge, they did nothing. Even when I reached out, it took them weeks to respond. I have no food in my cupboards, I'm hungry, and these idiots wont let me access my damn money!!!
On October 5th, 2025 I go to the atm to withdraw $500 and everything is going well until cash is to come out and it says processing while this happens the machine has to reboot and when it comes back on says broke then goes to regular screen. I couldn’t get hold of anyone on Sunday but called Monday morning and talked to the branch manager. She told me let me go see if the atm balances within three minutes I get a called back from a guy saying everything balanced and I’d have to file a dispute with my bank. Wouldn’t Exchange cash for shorter bills. Extremely unhelpful and will go to a different Branch. There customer service sucks
