Contemplated about gatekeeping Ella, but she is really amazing! I had some knots and pain in my shoulders and upper back, likely from bad posture and intense exercise. I was nervous for my first massage, but Ella was very reassuring, kind, and gentle with her hands. She was able to release all of the tension and informed me that it was acute. I seriously felt great after and would return in a heartbeat :)
