Must visit place for sure
Left a bad review earlier out of frustration, had an issue with my uhaul reservation. Contacted uhaul directly they mentioned that they were having a national network IT issue that affected all reservation and it was not the fault of the store. Leaving a 5 star, lady was kind!
I WENT TO RENT A UHAUL TODAY AND I BELIEVE I WAS RACIALLY PROFILED. THE LADY BEHIND THE COUNTER WOULD NOT RENT ME A TRUCK AND TOLD ME I WAS ASSOCIATED WITH ANOTHER BLACK GUY THAT TRIED TO RENT A TRUCK PREVIOUSLY. 0/10 I DO NOT RECOMMEND.
Went there for U Haul Truck, I was skeptical as there are some bad reviews. I did feel some of it too but at the end of the day work got done. The lady over there seems bossy and looks like she likes giving orders to customers, did not like it at all. But as this is the only location close to Dunwoody no hard feelings there. If I need to rent truck another time I will go here again as long as they are atleast the same.
