I have nothing but good to say about this Dunwood Place and the staff. Everyone has been very pleasant and helpful. I would like to give a big shout out to the renovation crew. First time they showed me my suite, the other tenant's things were still in there and the place was a disaster, and I was moving in one week. I went home broken . Although the lady, showing me the suite, told me not to worry it would be all cleaned up for me in less than a week. Somehow I didn't believe her. If I could give zero stars I would. An employee here. She is very tall and skinny with short dark hair and dark skin. Came storming out of the building to yell at me because I was getting picked up after visiting my mother....apparently I have to walk there and back as vehicles are not permitted to even stop. I live to far away so I guess I won't be able to visit my mother anymore. I hope your staff gets fired for being so rude...she could've talked nicely but No . I hope she doesn't talk to the residents like that .
