I have lived at Dunwood Place for more than 12 years. No problems until now. The yearly rent review to determine the amount to be paid in 2026 took place in October. The result was devastating for me. Income considered were, in my case, CPP, OAS and a small RIF for a total of $2080.13. To my dismay, an amount of $15,166.67 had also been entered in 'other' .
