This time last year my bother was admitted from this “Care” home to Salisbury General Hospital at 11.00 am having been notified as “off his feet and not talking” His body temperature was 11C - an unsustainable temperature that would have taken many hours to drop to. He died the following day. We had 3 differing reports from the care home as to his morning including him having breakfast downstairs and taking a shower within an hour of the ambulance being called. Probably some of the rudest staff I have ever come across. Heaven knows how they speak to the residents!
Such a fantastic place.
Terribly run . Get shouted at . Items and money stolen . Awful food . Been bullied by staff and managers
