I bouught a villa in Sapphire NC and the management company told me they would cover all repairs on the exterior services of my unit as stated by the covenants. When I gave them the list the board of directors came to my unit and told me I got a good deal on my unit and they would not pay for anything. I had a laywer write a letter reminding them of their responsibilities as stated in our coventants and they still refussed to pay for any repairs which included the bottom part of a wood door rotting through.
