I purchased 2 recliners in April. For me, it was special to have the money to buy new furniture. There was an issue with one; which after 3 calls, was taken care of. I called 2 weeks after with a similar problem and its been almost a month, no call, nothing. It might not b important to them, but as a person who was in customer service for 17 years, I thought peoples concerns mattered. My sister recommended store; I will never deal with them again. i went to dunns bought my son a bedroom set perfect store no pressure. love the set now going back for a livingroom set no need to look in any other stores the quality of there products is more than what anyone would expect driving 6 hours to get there but worth it will be there in 2 weeks and there delivery staff is also 5 star
The overall selection was decent, and prices were clearly marked and very reasonable. Dave was super helpful but not pushy at all. He went over all the options available and made suggestions based on my needs (dog friendly couch). Would highly recommend!
Dunn's Furniture in Brockport is simply the best in every aspect of making your home special. John and his staff are so accommodating and go out of their way to assist you with making the right selection. There is never any pressure to you, the customer.
