Our salesperson, Tylor,(sp?) was friendly and easy going. The prices are on the higher side; that's what it costs to have quality furniture. Lots of styles, many traditional, but there were a few more modern pieces.
If you need furniture, go and see the Dunn Family, they get you COMFORTABLE!
My wife and I have been shopping here for years. The owners that you browse around and take your time and are very helpful with everything you need. We have purchased two couches and a mattress from here and have been very happy with the quality of the furniture and how comfortable it was. Delivery of our latest couch was also outstanding. The gentleman were very friendly and helpful and you can even get home furniture taken away if you need to
I purchased 2 recliners in April. For me, it was special to have the money to buy new furniture. There was an issue with one; which after 3 calls, was taken care of. I called 2 weeks after with a similar problem and its been almost a month, no call, nothing. It might not b important to them, but as a person who was in customer service for 17 years, I thought peoples concerns mattered. My sister recommended store; I will never deal with them again.
