This company has a high turnover on driver's there busses are dent their clever doesn't work lot's of homeless people with serious health issues without any protection good luck if you ride with them
One of their big white busses was blocking a handicap spot and a crosswalk out of the Scottsdale Museum of the West on 10/29/24 around 4:45pm. There was someone who needed to access both. The female driver (blonde and in her 50s) said “I don’t care. I’m waiting for my group.” And she proceeded to block both of these for almost 30 minutes. Don’t do business with people who can’t respect spaces dedicated to accessibility.
Overall, I wanted to book with this company for my upcoming wedding however; their customer service is TERRIBLE! I started emailing one of their customer service reps back in June for prices on their trolley for the day of my wedding. At first they were quick with responses however, after a few email exchanges the person I was speaking with did not reply.
