Preparer made a mistake—stuff happens. HOWEVER, the lack of follow up and follow through as we STILL wait for our refund, stuck in the IRS system now, is unacceptable. Preparer got offended when we were miffed about the “software error”. I think I’d understand a client being miffed regarding fairly straightforward taxes—instead of taking it personally. Never again with Dunn County Tax Service.

Most reasonable tax place around especially for construction workers that have many states to file for.

They are very unprofessional and treat their customers poorly. They leave inappropriate remarks on your paperwork. I would not recommend them to handle your tax needs.

They absolutely butchered my taxes. I cannot express in polite terms the level of incompetence and the lack of professionalism that I encountered. 4 large mistakes were made that would not have been caught, had I not done my own research. I was told that they would get around to looking at it after tax season. I decided to go somewhere else, instead of waiting for them to _maybe_ fix the issue.
