I was extremely pleased with you guys. We had the unfortunate situation of not knowing whether we would be able to deliver our items right away or have to store them for two nights at an added cost. Your guys (Sal, and Mark)called their supervisor and got everything straight so that we could get our items that same afternoon. We have had many professional moves - nationally and internationally - and this was, by far, the easiest and most professional. Moving Consultant Mike Pascual provided excellent service and communication from the beginning to conclusion of the move. We couldn't have chosen a better Driver/Supervisor than Virgil Payton to safeguard our possessions. If there is such a thing as a perfect move, this would be it. There is no higher praise.

We had to cancel our original moving date because of the mortgage company; but, once we got the green light, Dunmar made sure to get us back on the schedule ASAP. Kenny and his crew were very competent and friendly on loading day. Delivery day with Bobby was also good. I was never worried about our items, even the full length mirror and the lamp shades. We are very satisfied with the service from Dunmar from the beginning to the end. The salesman in Richmond brought us as many boxes as we needed on the days he said that he would. Our driver was EXCELLENT. He was very professional and very careful with loading and unloading our furnishings. Everyone was very courteous and we could not have been more pleased with the whole process. Will highly recommend Dunmar to anyone who needs a mover.

I suggest finding another company to use. I had a representative come over in October to give an estimate. It was reasonable. She also suggested insurance to protect against possible damage. We paid the extra fee for insurance. The movers showed up on time and were very courteous and professional. Unfortunately, our refrigerator was dented in the move which we noticed after they had left. A rep came over and looked at the damage and then we received a call from the claims rep.
