I would not recommend them. It took over a year to settle my mother's account and it was very clean cut and no legal issues. Her house sold within a week, and she had very low debt to resolve. They gave us multiple dates that it would be finished. Then they sent a check that the bank returned due to it being filled out wrong. And to finish it off they asked for money back because they didn't do the paperwork right. I would not use them again, nor would I recommend them to anyone.
I am so disappointed with their services. They force you to pay lots of extra charges down the road. They are not easy going at all, reply to your requests with huge delays, and deliver low-quality results. In my case, they delivered an incomplete draft with a request for an extra charge of $3000. In the beginning, they said each round of the persecution will cost me $500, but by the time the draft was finished, they asked for $1000 to $3500 per round! Don't fall for their scam.
