Seth and Dunkley music did a great job moving our grand piano. Fast, prompt and a fair price. Seth also shared lots of helpful advice in regards to piano maintenence.

Scheduled Dunkley to move a piano, he told me he’d be there but was going to be there pretty late. So I waited there.. he then never answered my calls or texted me back. This was Thursday evening. Still haven’t heard from him.. the next morning I got in touch with Mammoth Moving Co. Mammoth told me Saturday at 10 and they were spot on. And got the job done just like they said they would. Mammoth was great! Use them over Dunkley.

No communication - totally ghosted me. I contacted Seth at Dunkley Music in June to move my piano. He gave me a quote and agreed to find a day to move it as it was a long distance. Talked to him again the end of June - same story. Left many voice messages and texts for the entire month of July as I wanted to use someone local and give him the benefit of the doubt. These guys picked up a piano to be delivered out of town and never contacted me afterwards. When I finally was told that they had indeed picked it up, they hold it ransom for over $1,200 for me to get it back. I had tried to get a hold of ANYBODY several times, and so did my mom, but no one ever called back. They laughed at me when i asked why they didn't send a letter(they said they tried to call, but I NEVER received any calls or voicemails) and told me thats why phones were invented.
